Not a chance. It's not the FDA's role to update clinical trial status. It's up to whoever is conducting a trial. Many never update trial status until either the primary outcomes are published or the trial is completed. I believe this is primary because the FDA charges a fee for publishing revisions/updates. There is absolutely nothing of concern here.
