It's important to be careful and not start a serious conflict between Mike C and retail shareholders. He holds most all of the cards and decides when and how to play them. He should probably be reminded that MNKD shareholders made him the Pharmaceutical CEO of the Year. Mike C doesn't scare me, marsupials do.

The heck with a bunch of marsupials ( Note to moderators; I really prefer to swear at this time in the evening, I guess I better read the rules again).

I just don't understand why Dr. Kendall has just 2,840 shares only! What's going on here?

Let me reiterate that Dr. Kendall, the guy that is supposed to usher Afrezza into the SOC, the guy who coined the term "veins of gold", and is quoted on this site as saying "(one) of the easiest jobs...", has 2824 total shares. Talk about not putting your money where your mouth is. To be fair, he only said that off the cuff once, right? The other 1000 times it has been mentioned was not him. He probably regrets the extent to which that was blown up by some.

I just don't understand why Dr. Kendall has just 2,840 shares only! What's going on here? I believe those shares were a grant, not a purchase. Even if they were purchased, it was less than $10k. I remember very clearly him saying he was going to buy stock as soon as he got clearance from legal to buy shares. That statement from him was a very positive endorsement for me, especially with the “veins of gold” statement.
