Time for Management to Start Buying Significant Shares.....at their earliest window of opportunity IMO.

An indicator that, frankly, many shareholders have overlooked or ignored is that MannKind officers and directors are NOT buying stock because they, themselves, may have known that there is/was no near-term catalysts capable of driving the share price up into the $5-$10 range. 

I, for one, would prefer that management insiders not buy shares until they do see a solid reason for MNKD stock to rally.

Time for management to tell investors what they’re doing, what they’re going to do, and do it.

After their investor calls all I walk away with is impressions, like the impression Afrezza scripts would underwhelm finishing out the year (and probably into 2019).

Unfortunately my impression (of what they said) wasn’t massive dilution...

Guess we'll find out in a week.

I loved when we did that reverse split and the share price fell immediately. It gave us the ability to do what we are doing to access major capital to do whatever we want. Love to watch other wheelers and dealers in action.

I believe most CEOs buy shares in their companys when they think the company is undervalued not because of any catalyst. But maybe I’m off-base on that.

Also my question is why isn’t the CFO on the conference call? I think he needs to explain this blindside.

Let me reiterate that Dr. Kendall, the guy that is supposed to usher Afrezza into the SOC, the guy who coined the term "veins of gold", and is quoted on this site as saying "(one) of the easiest jobs...", has 2824 total shares.  Talk about not putting your money where your mouth is.

I think these were a grant (either shares or options), not a buy.

I don't think the CFO will be on the conference call because the shares/warrants offering is probably specific to a deal that Mike C set up. I'm in a wait and hear mode.

Because Mike thinks he can sell it with the promise of jam tomorrow. I am fine with that but I would like tangible metrics - how much jam, what varieties, and when so we can see it so we can judge if they deliver. Lets have KPIs.

I would like to hear the CFO (not Mike) explain the recapitalization strategy, and the revenue miss.

You bet I feel gut punched. On ST we call it the no spin zone🤣 I’ve always said exactly how I felt, so why stop now. Actually I am going to stop now and wait to hear what Mike has to say. Something just tells me though if he had a surprise in his back pocket he wouldn’t have left Twitter he would still be there snickering. If someone advised him to do that it was the wrong move because it seems like he’s hiding. For the first time I do not feel comfortable with this chain of events. I just don’t.
Hoping for the best🤞 And I have a few question from someone that they would like answered... What is stopping a partnership, no interest or too arrogant management? Would they be willing to take a cut in salary until break even? When are they going to buy more shares? And do they see this as the last share offering? If not why, as in paying off DF:-) Which would be a great thing in his opinion. No one expected this, and I really can’t go into why, but there are many people that deserve those answers.

great questions. If they can attract David Kendall, why can’t they attract a partner and close the deal. Sounds like arrogance to me.

maybe the CFO will no longer be an employee by Friday to take part in the call.
