Interesting. I guess Mike's roots run deep? I wonder where this took place and when it took place?

Mannkind jointly sponsoring an event with Amgen today means nothing unless its a prelude to something bigger jointly happening between the two companies. I would love to see Mannkind & Amgen sign a collaboration partnership deal, but hard to to say today's event showing them together makes it a possible reality.

RLS. Is it associated with the recent $250,000,000.00 Silver Spike company that recently started trading on the Nasdaq? I hope so.
UTHR Milestone payments. Royalties hopefully start coming in sometime next year. We will soon know the identity of the compound that MannKind has created for UTHR. I hope it is huge.

Brazil's first shipment soon to be released. I hope the order is huge.
And now a possibility with Amgen. I for one think it is a huge positive for Amgen to associate themselves with MannKind in a public forum.
I hate the word hope as it relates to the equity markets! (Here I go again L.O.L.) hopefully someday in the not to distant future, the share price will explode.

Other than networking with interested folks, it's not clear what exactly they were aiming to accomplish.

They co sponsored it together and they are both on the poster ( at the door) listed as sponsors of the event. |

Westlake Village Biopartners were at Mannkind HQ yesterday hosting an event sponsored by Mannkind & Amgen. Sean Harper from Westlake Village, who recently was head of R&D at Amgen was one of the speakers. I doubt yesterday's event bringing together Mannkind, Amgen & Westlake Village Biopartenrs was just an event driven initiative. I think more is coming.

Partnering to promote LA as a biotechnology center doesn't strike me as particularly beneficial to either Mannkind or afrezza. |

Here are a few investment ideas for WVB:
1. Buy 50M shares of MNKD
2. Buy a large endocrinology practice in LA that has over 1000 patients. Convert these patients to a better mealtime insulin.
In 2 years you will have 1B to invest instead of 320M...
