Any idea who's dumping or shorting all these shares? What does it mean?....something coming down the road that hasn't yet been revealed? Ugh!!!

It means that the Gods are allowing me more low priced shares of MNKD AND SENS. You must remember that for every seller ... there is a buyer.
But, that's mytakeonit

Not me.. when i'm dead and my kids are my age, I'll never know it but they'll be living off an "embarrassment of riches" due to me holding and passing it on. LOL!

low volume and price drop mornings, followed by increased volume and price toward close...
looks like accumulation to me.

It means it's the end of the year and people are selling to realize tax losses. You guessed right with at least one person. I've been selling off some of my oldest and most expensive shares for tax loss purposes as I've realized a large cap gain early this year. First time I've done that in the many years I've held MNKD.

I’ve had three or four people tell me they were going to do that.

And depending on what price you bought them at and the price now, it may not take many shares sold to make that loss, point being that you can retain the lion's share of your holdings while selling relatively few shares and still be in good position when the share price hits MTOI's price.

Well, I suspect I'll win the mega lotto jackpot at least a couple of times before it hits MTOI's price, so I'll be in really good shape.

You can only deduct 3k a year in losses against the super lotto jackpot . Better stay away from the lotto and if you must heat over to wallstreetbets for lottos you can take against your losses.

I shoulda dumped and gone way more into PG&E (PCG). Story of a long term MannKind shareholder, decaying/dead money while markets reach new all time highs filled with missed opportunities.

Just sold shares with cost basis between $10-$22. My remaining shares all have a single digit cost basis but most are deep in the hole. If I had gains to capture, I would have sold more.

Yeah, unfortunately that's the double whammy. Not only do you lose due to declining share price and the desire to hold but also the opportunity you miss on other stocks. This is why I finally bailed.
