Anyone care to take a minute to explain the 9,000,000 shares that Bank of America is borrowing from MNKD? I saw it in the June 10Q and I'm quite the neophyte when it comes to notes and such.
Thanks!

Google "SEC Filing Search" select SEC.gov|Company search page and type MNKD in the Fast Search box at the SEC site. You just have to find the filing, but once you do, you'll know all anybody else knows about it.

Finding the filing would be a much better source of info but if I recall correctly there was a deal for borrowing shares in exchange for a loan agreement. The loan had an expiration date and a 'return price'. Hope this somewhat helps but as others have said the fillings would be a much better source... JPG
