I think (I could be mistaken) that the link to Dr Skyler and Halozyme was from last year's conference. My suspicion is that this year he chaired a section of the conference, but did not present.

Here are two Tedx (2011) talks given by Dr. Bill Polonsky and Dr. Steven Edelman, both of whom were listed as speaking as part of Dr. Skyler's session 3: Technology and Innovation in Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes Care, at the Sanofi Symposium. These talks give a general idea of what they might have discussed in Barcelona. One can see how Afrezza would fit well within the framework of each talk. Worth the time to watch.
