For all those who are interested in glucose monitors. The article by Diabetes Mine is about an idea or start up by Jeff Dachis: a newly diagnosed type 1/ LADA who happens to be ex CEO (and cofounder) of Razorfish. I think these types of initiatives are worth following closely. This one is embryonic obviously but this is, to me anyway, one of the important types of 'digital directions' health care needs to take if we ever want to empower patients to have the data to make the changes that many of us (like Jeff Dachis explains in the below article) think the system needs.
