Six, count them, six insiders purchasing thousands of shares in the open market. This must be good.

Board members. Appear to be vested stock grants unfortunately not really a purchase. They have to do something with them in years to come, hopefully not selling them until stock price takes off.

hmm.. . looks like options exercised. I was hoping for open market purchases. Doesn't really mean anything unless they hold on through the end of the year at least. I don't think this is particularly meaningful to the market.

Not even options exercised, these are shares given as remuneration for acting as directors, and the granting of stock options in addition thereto. It's not unusual for directors of public companies to get $3-6,000 or even more, per meeting, after all, if I'm expected to get out of bed and dress nicely, I wouldn't do it for less than $5,000 or so, myself. So nothing unusual, but just a reminder, most of us are not directors of a public corporation. I don't think the options are anything unusual, either. But as far as those people putting up cold, hard cash - none at all! That's how I read those forms, anyway.

At least they did not cash in the options by selling immediately. Does anyone know what happened to the 10MM shares that were supposed to be vested on May 21, 2015

Does anyone know what happened to the 10MM shares that were supposed to be vested on May 21, 2015 They haven't been exercised or we would have heard about it. Have to file with SEC when they exercise them and stock is in their name whether they sell or not.

I want to join MNKD's BOD! I only looked at one and saw that Nordhoff got almost 25 THOUSAND shares for ZERO cost! I saw somewhere that those guys get upwards of 500 grand a year to be on the board and just to pick up the phone for a conference call four times a year! I can do that easily.

Oscar, you really need to leave this board, one way or the other. 500 grand for picking up the phone for four meetings a year? Really? Don't you have any scruples? You can post the stuff you have posted here unashamed? You've posted here four times, all very negative, and that's probably worth at least $1.20 in the aggregate for you. I saw somewhere guys like you are very big losers, any truth to that? But, at least in this last post, your spelling is good, so you do have some redeeming social value!

"Really?" ? Uh, yeah, really! I mean, I'm pretty sure I'm right about the 500 grand a year for each director. As far as what they do to earn it, I'm open to argument! Point out all they've done that earned them their dough! Also, I reviewed my posts and I really don't see much "negative" about them -- realistic, maybe, but certainly not negative.
