Beardawg- simply saying Al won't take this private is equally shaky. If Al decides the best survival for Afrezza is going private and has the means, why wouldn't he? Founders taking steps to privatize a company isn't necessarily a negative for shareholders. It might not be great in this case since he owns that amount of shares, but he would still need majority. That would not bode well for SNY- they won't get a refund if Al says deal is over. I believe that is an ace in the hole and why Mnkd can only go so low.
Back to original- watching Mnkd pps go down is like watching old people f......orget where they put their car keys. It's sad and they shuffle around forever, but if they find those keys- look out.
