No cold store. Some 98% of our formulation of oxytocin survives 8 months at 40°C, and the inhaler has proved a highly efficient means of delivery. I was told Sny planned to expand Afrezza in Middle East next year. Anyone knows the approval process and national healthcare Tier placement and pricing? Why can't Sny target such countries first?

I would like to know when Sanofi plans to expand Afrezza in the USA ! The U.S. health care is fragmented by many insurances and PBMs; whereas, may EU, ME countries have National Health Care/Single Payor. See my post below. 10-Q: U.S. 3rd Party Payor vs EU Pricing SystemRead more: mnkd.proboards.com/thread/3768/3rd-party-payor-pricing-system#ixzz3pKyAqImFIt'd be easier to expand to ME countries first (National health Care/single Payor, possibly FDA approval is accepted), then EU (National health Care/single Payor, EMA approval is requuired). Al Mann's fatherland is Israel. He has lots of connections there. Launching Afrezza in Israel first in ME would be a good idea.
