Im sure this has been shared as it is an older article, but as you read it, look at the names of the Companies involved in trying to make the APS, (Artificial Pancreas System) available for PWD. Mannkinds afrezza was used in some of these studies because one of the biggest hurdles with an APS system is how to handle mealtime glucose spikes.
