Did she invent this before leaving MNKD? Or does this IP belong to someone else.

Bryan Wilson? Well, God only knows if he did this on MNKD's behalf, wouldn't it be nice if we could be sure.

Sure does, also mentions cannabinoids three times. Bryan R. Wilson now works for Cara Therapeutics, Inc., a company targeting the endocannabinoid receptors. Check 'em out. Even though, personally, I think there is a lot more to it than just this. 😁🤔

I am not sure you can tell who works for the company based on patent filings. All inventors who contribute to a new technology must be listed on the patent application or else the patent can be invalidated. If somebody does work on a technology but the application is not filed until two years after they leave the company, their name would still appear as an "inventor" even if they assigned all rights to their former employer.

Matt, who are you referring to specifically? And what exactly are you even saying? I would hope most everyone already knows those things about patents anyways. Also, with a quick internet search you can find out right now exactly who each is currently working for, and see each's work history timeline.

He is reply to the two people who asked who the IP belongs to. As to the hope most everyone already knows this it never does any harm to repeat and those that don't already know it probably appreciate the information.

But I'd like to see one of these fabulous patents provide some GREENBACKS to MNKD - and dare I say us longtime longs. Now where is that RLS milestone payment. Not hate'n just state'n.

In other words, you encourage people to blindly accept information from someone on the internet who didn't provide a source for all these people that did not know already or needed it repeated? What good does it do to share info and claim it factual if you don't provide a source?

Not all information is neatly packaged to be sourced. Some information comes about from experience and acquired knowledge. It is why courts summon experts in their fields instead of googling answers for evidence. Interpretation of information is also a highly developed skill that takes time and can't always be streamlined with an internet link. Sources aren't always helpful. I can find a source that still purports the earth is flat. Proof
I use this site to research the stuff I don't know about. If people bring up interesting information, I'll go check it out for myself. A message board poster shouldn't be trusted even if they do provide sources.
