There's no way it could be owned by the UAE (Abu Dhabi). And the article you read was published today but all the reported institutional buys are from 2016. Norges Bank bought a new position in shares of MannKind Co. (NASDAQ:MNKD) during the fourth quarter, according to its most recent disclosure with the SEC. The fund bought 1,360,788 shares of the biopharmaceutical company’s stock, valued at approximately $866,000.
