I have no crystal ball, nor do i have any information
But since last night this idea has been on my head .
Taking Mannkind private would not be good for all us long term investors who have been supportive for years .
But taking it private could be the reason they are asking for two years guarantee employment for Mike, Matt , etc.
I am certain some of you have already posted something similar , if it has I apologize, in a hurry this morning so could not search the older postings

Once companies reach a certain size and are public, they must remain public. SEC would not permit a going private transaction with so many individual shareholders.

IMO, the better scenario would be a reverse merger where a private company wants to merge with MNKD to go public.  |

I don't see that happening. If something was announced there would have to be a tender offering of shares and potentially another company might make a bid and best the original offer. Frankly I'm surpristed there has not been a Hostile buy out attempted or an activist investor. This might be it happening. We will see SHORTLY. |

They are a start-up. Someone mentioned earlier that they have built the company with like 10 million. |
