"Mike C. purchased 8,000 Common shares"
This is a disgrace. He can only afford 8,000 shares? The board / compensation committee needs to give him a raise asap.

I get that im a new poster, so take this for a grain of salt. But this move by Mike is 100% crap and I was peeved enough to make an account here. It's like he didn't have the foresight to realize there would be fallout after doubling the A/S with no concrete announcement to support it - so he's buying a puny amount of shares to calm the masses. I don't see a filing showing that this is a prescheduled purchase and based on his prior purchase history I don't have much confidence that this was scheduled. Too little too late, get a clue. Shouldn't have doubled the A/S without ANYTHING to follow up. You're going to be one of the quickest to get on the black list of those of us that the lynch mobs are trying to run out of town for saying unacceptable things. You can't criticize the authorization size. The PC line is that it is was the greatest thing since sliced bread, and the bigger the better.

I could not agree more! Everyone can blacklist me too, if thats the case. (And I've held this stock for about 8 years) There should have been no increase in shares (especially doubling the amount) without an announcement with substance right after to protect the pps! This type of of decision making is so very reminiscent of years past when we witnessed poor decisions made by our previous management and our investment kept taking hit after hit! And look where the pps is now! Unfortunately, I am having flashbacks!! This was a Matt P move. I would not have expected this from Mike C, given his stellar decision making until this blunder! I have more money invested in this company than the CEO, by a long shot! This purchase is a bs move! I'm still holding hope for redemption and a turnaround, but this is very disappointing!

No kidding, I haven't even brought myself to look, but I'm pretty sure I lost more in the last five days than his recent purchase. Ive been around for a while as well and this is definitely a continuation of the amateur hour with hakan and then Matt. Mike might know pharma but he doesn't appear to have a clue when it comes to calling the shots for a public company. When your only source of positive cash flow is the share structure, you don't shoot yourself in the foot (And shareholders in the face) by doubling your A/S without something immediate to show for it. Even a 50% increase would have been sufficient for half the next year and easier to swallow without news. This $18k purchase is just a slap in the face and confirmation that they have no idea what they are doing - unless someone can show me a filing that shows the was pre-scheduled. Would have been better to sit in the dark, at least we were at a somewhat decent area of technical support. With this bonehead move who knows where we will close out the week, can only hope the technicals provide a bounce that can get us to January above $2.

May be management was delaying any deals/moves until 2018 in the hope that the tax plan would pass.

May be management was delaying any deals/moves until 2018 in the hope that the tax plan would pass. If anything the new tax plan probably hurts them. Considering all of the losses and write offs they have that wont count going forward this is more than likely going to be a tax increase for them rather than a decrease.

Why overthink it? Sell your shares. Let it go. Move on. Why keep pitching a fit?

Could the new tax law affect the NOL?
