The company was not on target to hit it's projections as things stood. Since Afrezza reacts strongly to advertising according to Mike then the obvious fix is to advertise and the sooner the better. Rather than missing both targets this way you improve your chances of making the more visible sales target at the expense of missing the expenditure target.
