A fair piece, IMO.

Did you notice the subject of refrigeration in one of the comments regarding Brexit? I still think the “refigeration” requirement places undue burden on Afrezza and I hope Dr. K has this somewhere on his radar.

Why does every article have to bring up Sanofi cancelling their deal? That seems like water long under the bridge.

The Tanner agreement could be a great deal. There is no upfront cash, but if Tanner wants to start distribution immediately to countries that don't require approvals then they could start bulk purchases now. This would provide sales revenue toward Mike's guidance, reduce any surplus and validate Mike's statements about pay attention to revenue rather than the scrips. He also told me the UAE deal didn't work for him because he would have to deal with too many entities and lose control. Tanner takes that out of the equation. $5-$10MM in Tanner order reveue makes him look like a star not depending on upfronts to get his guidance. It could happen. We will know more after the call of course but I would move it up too if I had this in my back pocket. Disclaimer: Just speculation.

Do these countries require prior drug approval? Will Tanner handle that?

There are multiple countries that allow drugs to be mail-ordered from the USA if the drugs are FDA approved.
