If true, horrible negotiations unless they're all driving Benzes around town.

link the page mister. link the page that shows 100 cars leased @ 54k a month. The 10-Q: "Vehicle Leases – The Company entered into a lease agreement with Enterprise for the lease of approximately 100 vehicles. The lease requires monthly payments of approximately $54,000 per month plus the cost of maintaining the vehicles. The leases commenced when the Company took possession of the majority of the vehicles in the second quarter of 2018. The leases expire 48 months after the delivery date." I don't quite understand the next line, "On March 8, 2018 the Company entered into a standby letter of credit for a total of $0.5 million in connection with the Company’s sales force vehicle lease program. The letter of credit is collateralized by a restricted cash account in the amount of $0.5 million. There were no amounts drawn down on this letter of credit as of June 30, 2018." Why would they do that?

This topic is taken up on another thread, including the subject of high-mileage surcharges that are typical in fleet leases. The point made by the OP is that MannKind has a lease for a fleet of vehicles at $540/month per vehicle for the sales force.
