First post on this board...had to get away from Yahoo. You made the comment that Al might take Technosphere private. Since we are holders of shares (lots of them), and TS is owned by MNKD, wouldn't the present shareholders have a stake in TS, and hence in a new, private company? I wouldn't think that Al could just take TS and make it his own.

I agree, itcouldgo. Technosphere is a significant part of the intellectual capital of MNKD. I don't think it's going anywhere without our being compensated for the "loss."

I wouldn't think that Al could just take TS and make it his own. I've been burned by rigged management buyouts in the past, but Al has no record of such self dealing in all his past ventures. I wouldn't worry about that. |
