Right, peppy, like bids and asks "jumping around" is exactly what TA will be able to process into something useful?

Since TA works on historical analysis, bids jumping around may have significance as compared to not jumping around and might be a signal TA could use. TA folks talk about “resistance” points and I keep thinking there should be some sort of confidence index evaluation on those points and maybe there already is and I’m just ignorant, but “jumping around” sounds like someting that would work negatively against confidence. i.e., indications for when not to invest may be nearly as valuable as knowing when to invest.
