Great time to buy now. Low volume with stochastics indicating oversold, as confirmed by the article you posted.

MNKD pps has bounced off of $8.35 3 times in the past week. Triple bottom? Oversold? I guess time will tell. I'm betting that we see $8.35 as support.

Best part of the article was the comment about the ETF fund holding. According to the ETF Finder at ETFChannel.com, MNKD makes up 2.63% of the PowerShares DWA Healthcare Momentum Portfolio ETF (AMEX: PTH)
I have a Fidelity ETF fund and they are big holder too FHLC. I know many funds own this when you look at the institutional holders. Watching the daily time and size sales you can see the funds accumulating shares. There are lots of buyers every day in chunks or 10,000 and up. So they know the deal and that something good is around the corner.

With the RSI so low, some technical traders might show up to apply some upward pressure. My broker is of the opinion that most of the activity over the past week is hedge fund managers who have many thousands of shares in both long and short positions which they are using to keep a lid on the pps. I was surprised when he told me he has not been able to easily fill larger buy orders. Others have posted similar comments.
Until we get some serious buying pressure, he thinks this action will continue. I'm a longer-term investor so the daily fluctuations don't get me rattled too much, and I clearly appreciate the usefulness of TA for helping with entry/exit points. I've never been very good at "timing the market" and rely more on DD than technical traders do, but perhaps others may find this info useful.

Increased my long position today. Maybe a little early since indicators (MACD and RSI) haven't turned back up, but I'm hoping for good support at $8.00. Based on Hammers's forecast of a $40.00 buyout, no reason not to buy today. LOL

I added to my position today, as well. Sure wish I had a better sense of where it will go next week. I'd like to see 8.00 as the floor...

I'm seeing the MACD cross the EXPMA today with an increased RSI and a possible reverse in money flows (positive).
If someone was looking to add to their position (Averaging In) or looking to do a trade now may be a good time to do so.
The uptrend isn't established yet, but the risk/reward looks good from a chart perspective.
No guarantees but today's action looks good.
Disclosure: I added at $8.45 last week (looked over sold, now it looks oversold and turning)

I agree about oversold.. I'm ready to add again.. might wait for a dip but not going to wait too long as i think partnership is coming soon.. jmo My guess is that there will be a dip tomorrow if it closes green again today. Still in the oversold range. I agree to not wait too long because the partnership should be announced in a week or two(my guess). Will we see continued downward pressure after the partnership deal is announced(given that it is a very favorable deal) from the large amount of short interest and correcting markets? There could be a lot of negativity still flying around due to the high market cap and no revenue, which will be about the only base shorts can stand on. I'm thinking of taking some profits after the announcement and buying back my shares when it dips down.

Anyone care to speculate on odds we break below 8 before partnership and what might happen if we do?
