It's on page 24 of the Zack's doc. It does not appear to be an agenda from Mike for the upcoming call...at least I hope not since it's just a summary of items already known.

These reports are usually sponsored and I am guessing that Mike provided information. We shall see soon.

If they ask for more shares they’re going to see Twitter blow up three times as bad as it has already. Just saying. how many shares do they have left to work with after this last offering? Anyone know? Issued vs Authorized?

IDK, but IIRC, I've seen various people post that the available shares are significantly fewer than that. Are you remembering to reduce the count to adjust for warrants?

You missed the warrants (40M there alone), the convertible notes, the Mann Group debt, and the options/incentives for executives stretching four years out. Those all have to have shares reserved to cover them.

What would I like to hear at the beginning and end of this CC? Sorry about the dilution but due to multiple pending deals in our TS pipeline I had to quadruple our R@D budget to get it done now. So if you don't mind I have work to do talk to you when its done Thanks!

Sounds plentiful to me.

The call starts at 9 a.m. on Friday. I'm thinking they aren't going to talk for long, or they would have started the call earlier so as not to run past the market opening bell at 9:30 a.m. Of course, they can halt shares of MNKD past 9:30 if the call goes on past that, but I think (I could be wrong) they are probably hoping to wrap it up before then. If it was going to be a longer in-depth call, why not just start at 8:30 a.m.?
If I am correct, it suggests they are not planning to take many if any questions.

I have 3 ideas to submit to your attention, if you don't mind and accept my poor english. 1. 5 Jan 2016 I believe is our (stubborn longs) anniversary, 2. Afrezza's best week is at 1100$ 3 times Sanofy best result. 3.i understand Afrezza is not like an ordinary medication, you need a dynamic approach, tritation is not easy, I mean you can't expect to hit the market and have everybody changing to Afrezza right away. I would like to suggest that maybe actual results are positive probably the best we can have, meanwhile TS is moving on.

I have a more complete answer now so I am going around again Reading the prospectus for the current offering there is this statement: As of September 30, 2018, we had a total of approximately 55,803,867 shares of common stock that were authorized, available for future issuance and unreserved. Upon the completion of this offering, the number of authorized, unissued and unreserved shares will be reduced by the number of shares issued in this offering and the number of shares reserved for issuance upon exercise of any warrants sold in this offering. So deduct the stock and warrants issued in this raise, 53,333,334, and you are left with 2,470,533 shares to play with. There is a full breakdown in the prospectus which is a bit curious because I make it that there were only about 26M left prior to the raise adding them all up so we would be overdrawn - I probably missed something there.

So with only 2.47M shares left to play with, I would expect that management will once again request the authorization of more shares.
