Agree, no investor questions from the list we emailed in ahead of time. And no mention of the hoola dancing vacation. Pretty unbelievable, but actually very predictable.

Why ?? The title ?? Bottom line, the cash raise will be viewed as a “rookie move”. And they don’t come more bullish than me, but if we needed cash at that very moment, why Hawaii ?? When my household is near broke, we stay home. That’s called common sense. Im done venting for 2019, but MC will have to work hard to rebound from this. He is our CEO, and is supposed to make sound decisions with regards to our product, the Company, and its Shareholders. Lets hope he did, but at this time I’m not banking on it. have a great weekend all ✌🏻🎸😎

If shareholders got such a great deal before Christmas as per Mike's words, why aren't insiders buying with both hands then?

They needed to get away Rick - Ya know all the stress of not performing to their salary levels - It's hard on them I remain very bullish slug, but it’s hard not to look at the combination of pre Holiday dilution, and a fully paid trip to Hawaii on our dime, as a very careless and thoughtless event. I mean who woke up that day and decided,,,,,, hey, I think I’ll dilute the Shareholders and take a few Employees to Hawaii for the Holidays. They really should save Company paid Vacations until after we reach break even. Its really a hard one to justify, for me anyway. I hope 2019 is our year. ✌🏻😎

Please enlighten those of us who are not familiar with what is happening with a trip to Hawaii. TYIA Spencer posted this, from CafePharma, in his last article. Is this the only validation of the Hawaii trio or has someone else confirmed it....I don’t believe a word of what “employees” post on Cafe Pharma..these shorts have every possible message board tapped

I hope 2019 is our year. ✌🏻😎 Rick, love ya like a brotha from another mother but since you're a musician and I've been in sales for decades let me help emphasize that a trip to Hawaii for the top few sales producers who are most likely less than 10% of the sales team producing 90% of the scripts is a RELATIVELY inexpensive and prudent way of rewarding those we want/need to retain in a very competitive business environment...so not as big a deal as those making it out to be IMHO. I get recruiting calls and Linkedin inmails on a DAILY basis because of how competitive it is for producing sales people, the company takes good care of me to keep me loyal, far less costly and expensive for them as opposed to having replace me. Hope that makes sense, wouldn't pay much heed to SO's using an anonymous rejects post from cafe pharma, was actually very surprised he used that, thought he was at least a bit above that but guess not. Adding, my regional just texted me last week diagnosed now as a T2, asked me about both Afrezza and the Libre, labeled me as his personal "sherpa" to help him navigate through this new journey of his

Yes I believe MC confirmed. Help me understand. Is it possible Mannkind aka Mile C did this Christmas deal because they wanted the stock price to tank so the $2.34 Warrants will not get exercised? Mannmade, I ask on your thread because you are so good at explaining! If this is absurd I will delete it. I guess I ask because Warrants confuse me.

Don’t think I would know the real reason. But one outcome of the pricing of the new warrants was to almost ensure (in the absence of any extraordinary news like a new RLS molecule which puts mnkd in the Cannibus space) that the old warrants will not get exercised, which it also looked like would not happen anyway. The new warrants have a much better chance of being exercised and will not take such an extraordinary event as RLS example referenced above. In fact Brazil approval might trigger new warrants or certainly Uthr approval of second molecule now in development. Also new warrants have a longer window to exercise allowing for more time to develop newsworthy event or even just see enough script/revenue growth over next 12 months to drive share price up.
