It's not on Google to connect the dots, it is well known how their algorithms work and it is up to the company to "game the system". MannKind has abysmal SEO. Worst case they could be using google adwords to display a banner ad on the first page of any keyword based search. There is no social media marketing taking place as far as I am concerned. Organic search results is a tough nut to crack, but as they've shown, they're willing to spend on TV ads, they could easily do the same for specific key words on the web. Oh well. That's the thing though, organic search results are "free". They should be attacking Google Ads, SEO, and social media hard, yet we have seen no social media activity since all channels were taken down, and they clearly aren't focusing on Google Ads or SEO. My fear is that they just keep spending all their marketing budget and focus on the same "award-winning TV commercial".

Have you ever heard of Amgen? Do you know why? Because they had Mike for years and Mike knows ads and PR. He's got this!

Seven days is way too short of a sample to gauge anything. Move the timeframe to even a month or a year and there is no upwards trend. Is that how we should be guaging Afrezza script trends then too?
