I wrote to IR requesting that management consider having the ASM on the east coast this year.
I was happy to receive this response today:
“We have traditionally tried to accommodate our stockholders by alternating the location of our ASM from CA to CT. The last couple of years there was a lot of activity occurring around the time of our meeting and the meeting was held in CA. However, this year, the Board will be deciding on the venue at their meeting in February. The executive management team has proposed CT for 2019.”
I hope the board agrees on CT. I plan to attend and look forward to seeing the manufacturing facility.

I would consider going to the ASM if they held it in CA this year. I really enjoyed the ASM last year. Unfortunately 2018 did not turn out as well as we hoped it would (for either shareholders or management). It all comes down to share price and scripts. Both of which did not meet expectations last year.

Not sure how the executive team improves on last year’s tap dance, complete with pre-meeting CEO dinner performance. |

Regardless of where the ASM is, we should meet for dinner at Grissini's again the Saturday after the ASM. Might as well invite Mike too. And we can change the date if Mike will be more likely to attend.

You basically walk down hallways and look through a couple of doors and see large silver objects which looks like processing chambers. |

For those who never attended, let me say this / they go out of their way to accommodate you / from officers of the company to engineers to production manager s .. stay till well after the meeting is complete..and take answering one on one ... if that's the case .. great bunch of people.
