1 mistake in the Fox report was saying that Afrezza was doing clinicals in children between 17 and 12...it is in clinicals for children 17 to 4... I had thought I heard the mistake being that they said from 4 to 12 and I’m thinking what the heck, but maybe I heard it wrong.

1 mistake in the Fox report was saying that Afrezza was doing clinicals in children between 8 and 12...it is in clinicals for children 17 to 4... When I listened, he got the ages wrong and he never said “in clinical trials” right now. I think he said “we are looking at it (or studying it)”. I was disappointed that he didn’t get that right for the video. He should have known and stated we are in Phase II with expected Phase III completion on xyz date for children between 4-18.

I imagine there will be more reporting in this item ; )

The pediatric trial is for ages 4-17 but CMO Kendall stated that there are three cohorts, or subgroups, at least one of which is complete.

The pediatric trial is in Phase 2 stage. Protocols for Phase 3 won’t be announced until after the current trial outcomes are known.

What is the objective, of phase 2? I think: Phase 1 is safety and tolerability (often single dose) Phase 2 is dosing and efficacy Phase 3 is large scale populations and “long term” usage SWAG

There’s a link to the Phase 2 trial (above) where you can get the answers.
