Nice to see most all MNKD execs acquiring significant amounts of stock. This should get attention and trigger some upward movement. A good start to the week.

I think 8 popped up on my screen this morning while I was working. Hard to get work done when you have to stop and open the link to see who is acquiring.

You need to sign up for news alerts. Then you will get the corporate announcements sent directly to your in box. Otherwise, go to the corporate web site to view any news announcement.

Just changed "buying" to "acquiring. That should cover stock awards, bonuses or purchases. Thanks!

Restricted stock units that fully vest in one year, 02/20/20. So I can differentiate...are these awarded based on votes that take place at the Annual Shareholders Meetings? If not, could it be part of the labor contract with board members to receive these on an annual basis?

Just changed "buying" to "acquiring. That should cover stock awards, bonuses or purchases. Thanks! I think “acquiring” is misleading regarding awards and bonuses. For all the rest of us, “acquiring” means committing our own money to buy stock. If these were purchases via the employee stock purchase plan, then “acquiring” would be appropriate. I know you are very bullish on the eventual success of the company, as am I, but many long term longs will not be very happy to see all the executives getting stock awards (even though it is very common practice).

It is common practice to grant RSU’s as part of the overall pay package for executives. It may or may not be covered in an employment contract. We have no way of knowing for sure if there are any performance goals associated with these RSU’s but probably not. Bonuses (cash and/or stock) are normally tied to attaining performance goals.

Seems to me whether you're committing your own money or your own time and effort as an employee, you're still acquiring. IMO this will be seen as good by the market. Let's hope.
