Once those are gone, that should remove a good amount of insurance from a large number of shorts and leave them without a safety net. I'm buying slowly here at 1.70s and 1.60s, will keep loading if it keeps dropping.

I don't think the world works like that. Without substantial news in terms of sales, global expansion and partnerships we are not going up.

The market doesn't like it that those warrants weren't exercised.
Mnkd needed that money.. now we have the fear of dilution hanging over us.. with no good news, I doubt we are going up.

The worst part being they may issue them again at a lower price. I think we may go up at first because it eliminates the shorts that were shorting those.

I might just get out here and sit on the sidelines for a while..

The 2.38 warrants will expire, but the pressure from the 1.60 warrants are still very much in play unfortunately after a crappy two weeks.

If they do this, we could drop below 1.60 and the cash from those warrants will be in danger of not being realized putting even more pressure on desperation dilution/warrants in the next offering. It’s just a vicious death spiral of crap that destroys shareholder value.

Cash out a nice chunk now. Pigs get fat. Hogs get slaughtered.

Some have been saying this will plummet back to $1, I think we have decent support here and by next week, the pressure from the 2.38s will be off. I do think we will get a bump back up, though I don't know if we'll see $2 again any time soon.

I'm think I'm going to hold for the 1.90's and unload down to 50K shares. I really thought this had a good shot at high 2s to 3.

Bigchungus, a few days ago you accused MC of either being incompetent or a crook. Today you're thinking about buying more stock. You're confusing me.
Edit:Here is part of what you said "Either 1.) Our CEO lacks the business sense of a 6th grade Junior Achievement member or 2.) he is providing share price depression for friends on the other side. Either way, its not good for shareholders."

The warrants might provide a stock ceiling, but they’re irrelevant to what ails MannKind, which is Afrezza sales.
What’s being suggested is a trade, and not an investment.
As an investment, buy when MannKind figures out what to do with Afrezza, or when there’s something new in the Technosphere pipeline.

Peppy, at least you are clear and consistent with the info you share.
