Can we, shareholders, please be informed of the RLS milestone schedule? It has been pointed out that the last presentation suggests there are no more development milestones only royalties and sales achievement milestones.

At face value from what was said milestones are sales related, so there isn't a question of whether MNKD is performing to target. The performance is up to RLS. The secrecy regarding what the sales milestones are is likely baked into the NDA clauses. They got SEC approval to redact, so seems little chance that will be discussed. In any case that is theoretical and a long way off. The SNY agreement had secret terms that undoubtedly contemplated hundreds of millions in sales, the existence of which didn't presage actual sales. |

To answer your question, there is a plan to change the label in regards to Afrezza's refrigeration expiration. There. Answered. They are working on enhancing Afrezza expiration date by developing a new form of Afrezza that will guarantee stability. With this new technology there will also be other benefits such as larger cartridge doses, ECT. IDK what "ECT" means, but it sure sounds INTERESTING!  The next question would be: In regards to Afrezza's refrigeration (expiration), When will Mannkind be able to guarantee stability, and what other implications will come into play by guaranteeing stability? |

The idea that we have should wait until MNKD investor meetings to have our questions answered is a joke. We are a community of investors who converse everyday. If we all shared our questions and answers we received from Mike and not just our gossip and gripes about dumb sh*t - we'd all be better informed.

This post is directly related to questions being asked at share holder meetings. This thread is about gathering questions for ASM. If you don't agree with what I say, that's okay, but to tell me it has nothing to do with this thread is not right. I understand at times with my demeaner I push the threshold of "too much." If what your saying is that I need to work on this, I will. I appreciate constructive criticism. |

johny, My interpretation was that you thought members on this board keep information to themselves and don't help fellow members out. I was just standing up for the community knowledge on this board - which has been outstanding. The moderators can't keep out all the "gossip and gripes about dumb sh*t"; we try to be lenient and only moderate for flagrant or repeated violations of the rules. So hopefully we understand each other better.
