ProBoards MNKD used to have an attachment tool for images but, unfortunately, as our membership grew we were notified that the large volume of images had exceeded our forum’s limits.
What I did was to open a free account with Imgur, where you can create an image library. Once I have downloaded an image there, I copy the image address and paste to ProBoards using the images tool from our forum’s toolbar, which asks you for a URL address to an image. If the image is already out on the web, you need only copy the image address and don’t need to create a library like I did.
Other members may have ideas for you as well. My method has worked well for posting the sales graph and formulary tables...as well as the occasional humorous golfer images I direct toward baba.

I put my picture in a Twitter post and then I post the Twitter post here. Which only works if I want the image on Twitter also.

Assuming the photo of the ad is already on the web, start by just hitting quote or reply to any post on this forum. Then you will see many small buttons at the top of the edit window, one is for 'insert image'. Click that button, and post the link to the image. Save and submit and that should do you.
