I’m not going anywhere, I paid for my ticket, and I’ll be here until the end. Still flipping around my Original core when the Share price moves a little each way. My only complaint,,,,Transparency !!! For example,, pick a company,,,any company,,,send them your email and turn on notifications. You will be hit with a barrage of emails daily,,, sometimes several times a day, until the end of time. Now, do the same with MNKD,,,,,,🦗🦗🦗🦗🦗🦗🦗🦗🦗🦗🦗, you’ll get 20 in a good year, sometimes less than 10,,,, in a year !!! I’m mean WTH ?? Come on mnkd, things have got to be happening, we are waiting with open arms,,,give us an update once in a while, even if the update is, “sorry, nothing new for now”,, just let us know you are thinking of us,,, you know, your forever Long faithful Shareholders.
Let’s be real,,, we are trying to sell Drug Delivery via Inhalation !!! What could possibly go wrong ?? My point being, this has, and will take time to be accepted, if it ever is. I still believe the same that I always have, and I’ve got nothing but time. Let’s go Mike, I’m rooting for you. But you need to kick whoever is supposed to be communicating with the Shareholders right square in the a$$ !! You want a representative with great writing skills to join the team and keep everybody updated ?? I’m your guy !! Just saying ✌🏻🤘🏻😎

The real question is Are the managment believer of MNKD? I don't see them buying shares at this price or any other price. Just free shares. They should show shareholders they're aslo got skin in the game. Their compensation packages completely trump any equity they hold in the company (probably members here hold more shares than management), and them asking for raises shows you where their priorities lie.

Frankly speaking as a current CEO and former Marketing CMO of a well known successful brand, the latest decisions on MNKD marketing have been poor. On the limited budget they have, they should be buying remnant TV and Search to increase the overall frequency, reach and response on the limited dollars they have. The sponsorship of a driver and race car is absolutely ridiculous waste of money. Those type of "branded" sponsorships are for billion dollar established brands with dollars to spare. Where can one reach out to MNKD to speak to either their CEO or CMO? I'd be happy to reach out and provide advice. The poster above is correct in saying that Management not buying shares at this price says a lot about their thoughts on the future.
Disappointed shareholder.

Does anyone know how this affects those $1.20 warrants?

Does anyone know how this affects those $1.20 warrants? I think you must mean the $1.60 warrants because I don't think the company has any at $1.20. In short, the present price puts them underwater which means they are unlikely to be exercised as the expiration date approaches unless the price has gone back above $1.60. Some people are mentally calculating the $42 million that would potentially be received as cash already in the bank, but that will not be the case unless the price improves. It takes a lot of R&D deals and milestone payments to make up the $42 million that would have been received from the warrant exercise.

Still hanging but it’s a huge mistake to hold a stock that’s going to do a reverse split. I should’ve sold everything at that point. Now we’re down below are 50 and 200 day again and it’s a sick stock. Would I buy more here now ..hell no. Buy a stock that’s going up not down:-) Look at NVAX... reverse split and it’s going to get cut in half. IMO

Executive Management currently possesses inside information that has not been made public yet. One being information concerning the undisclosed technosphere compound partnered w/ United Therapeutics that is currently in MannKind's pipeline and is connected to milestone payments and royalties. Another example is inside information concerning RLS that has not been made public yet.

Another example is inside information concerning RLS that has not been made public yet. It did not stop management before September to of entered into a monthly purchases plan before they this inside information. Current management, especially Dr. Kendal has had very little appetite to accumulate company stock on their middle 6 to low 7 digit compensation packages.

What got my attention to this many years back , was Al Mann putting in a billion dollars of his own money and the commitment into this at his Age ; after further research it’s been a constant ongoing investment / from down at the ADA ADvISORY MEETING that I attended up to today , made my share of bad business decisions in my day , but this is one I’m never going to second guess myself. Was a good story back then and even BETTER now. GLTA...

Sorry I was talking about when MNKD reversed split, when Matt said we were doing it out of a position of strength, nobody does a reverse split out of a position of strength. If a stock I own is going to reverse split I jump out. I did not do it with MNKD I was too caught up in the noise, if you can tone out the noise and just look at the stock itself you make better decisions. If I had done that I would have dry powder now, and I would buy again after we get over the 200 day and it’s looking healthy.
