If you haven't done so already, but have an on-line brokerage account, you can vote your shares through 11:59p, tomorrow, I believe. Let your share of voice be heard on compensation, directors, etc. It takes moments to let your opinions be heard, and they matter.

Wonder how many shareholders they have. Guess only MNKD knows for sure.

I have four different accounts do I get to vote for times? Sure, but your vote will be scaled by the total amount of shares you own. Thus, we have little voting power as retail investors. I would be pleasantly shocked if the raises don't get approved.

I have four different accounts do I get to vote for times? If they are with different brokers then you'd need to vote 4 times if you want to vote all your shares. You should get separate notices for each account.

I own more than 180,000 shares in 3 accounts, so do I get 180,000 votes or 3 votes or 1 votes? If you own shares should the owner know this type of basic rules of holding on to their dreams?

One share one vote in the case of MNKD. You would have 3 proxies, one for each account. The shares held in each account should be indicated on each proxy. You cast your votes (as a whole) for each account separately. Yes, an owner of shares should understand his/her voting rights.

mymann should have to vote each share separately ... so 180,000 times. That's the penalty for using my handle.
But, that's mytakeonit

Wait a minute, that's lot of effort and time wasted on votes that won't make any difference. I promise I won't use your handle again. I learned my lesson.

Voting no it’s more than getting the raise approved or not, it’s putting pressure on the board from the shareholders and letting them know how we feel about the situation. If Deerfield or the manngroup votes with us that would make a difference.

Interestingly they are the only board members Vanguard don't vote for.
