Sure, but your vote will be scaled by the total amount of shares you own. Thus, we have little voting power as retail investors. I would be pleasantly shocked if the raises don't get approved. Do we yet know if "NO" won the day?? We know from Nancy Reagan that "Just Say No" didn't/doesn't work. I know some advocated for not authorizing the doubling of share count not long ago... but long story short, it doesn't do much good to object. Votes are set in stone for whatever dynamic happens behind the scenes and those manipulated in front of the scenes. That is not going to change. Management knows they have control of votes.

They have control as long as Deerfield or the Manngroup vote their way. Or unless an activist investor comes in.
