If you haven't noticed MARKADO....ALL OF THEIR STOCK OPTIONS ARE UNDERWATER. They are WORTHLESS. So I dob't know where you're getting they are Multi Millionaire. Now the best scenario for the "C-Suite" is to get the stock price up so they can earn those Multi Millions. right??? Mike has turned this company around and patience is required. Now we all made the mistake of buying too soon.....so we all have to dig deep and wait. The best bet for the C-Suite would be to sell the company to invoke the change of control clause and trigger their golden parachutes. Those employment contracts make interesting reading.

Actions speak louder than words. MC is an empty suit. I believe he has no character because he willingly took a raise from a company that has a market cap in the toilet. I believe he doesn't care about shareholders. I believe MC's number one priority is himself. If MC believed if anyone else in management believed that they were up to the task of turning this company around, they would be buyers on the open market. They are not. That is all you need to know. He can say whatever he wants. I believe he is immature, has the entitlement mentality, and in over his head. And MC believes that too or his actions would be different. Do we have a MIKE K. CLONE? Go back and listen and watch the CC from last week. All of your questions will be answered as to what Mike & MGMT have been up to. Please don't waste your time writing about STUPID SHIT.....Your time is more valuable than that. The best predictor of the future is the past. Would you say MC has accomplished what he has set out to accomplish? How did it work out for us in 2018 when he said we were not going to be diluted any more?

Some misleading information on this thread. Enjoying a Friday beer at a local brewery so not going to get too into it. Matt posted MC’s income for 2018 very misleading, to be clear form 14a filed March 28 2019 list MC compensation total as $1,581,741.

Not misleading. READ what Matt told you. Those options are worth $0 until they can be converted and they're currently underwater and may remain that way and expire worthless. By far most of the options I received from my own company expired worthless. And it is an exaggeration to call it a multi-million dollar salary because it isn't salary, it's salary + options. Enjoy your beer. Have 2, it's been a tough week for investors.

Well, actual investor, I'm pretty certain the stated compensation for each member of our C-suite, plus several VP's is at or above $1m per year, all-in, including options. And, as a holder of multiple 10's of thousands of shares, myself, I have every right to ask this of our executives. So, I will not "go away." I believe in MNKD. I believe in the growth opportunities presented by Technosphere and the molecules we're pursuing. I believe the MGMT team is making progress and needs to make more. I also believe the MGMT team can demonstrate their belief in their future success more overtly, so the market can entertain greater belief in the same, also. The question is, what do you believe in? If you haven't noticed MARKADO....ALL OF THEIR STOCK OPTIONS ARE UNDERWATER. They are WORTHLESS. So I dob't know where you're getting they are Multi Millionaire. Now the best scenario for the "C-Suite" is to get the stock price up so they can earn those Multi Millions. right??? Mike has turned this company around and patience is required. Now we all made the mistake of buying too soon.....so we all have to dig deep and wait. And, when do those options expire? Wouldn't it be prudent to do all in one's power to ensure the options don't expire worthless? Let's not get caught in the weeds on this. Our mgmt team can do all the "right" things and still not elicit confidence from the market, unless they take bold steps worth talking about. Couple that with a short stranglehold, and you end up with hope and patience as your strategy versus actions begetting breakouts. Putting skin in the game means they have fire and fight within.

With so many shares in option grants, they dont have much motivation to buy from the open market. Their upside potential is fully protected.

Even 1/2 of that after tax base pay is a whole lot of cabbage. Especially compared to my original investment 3 years 5 mos ago that is now worth 1/3 of the original equity investment. To this Matt dude, money might grow on trees, but for me and probably he majority of the investors - which are retail - it does not.

NASDAQ 07/30/2019 1.1 1.13 1.0886 1.12 1,665,465 MNKD was never 0.95 7/30... the low was 1.0886 Those were ESPP bought at 15% discount from The lower of the beginning and the end of the 6 mo offering period. That is $1.12*.85=$.95. They haven’t sold yet. Otherwise, they would have been reported. They paid out of pocket with hard earned money. That means they believed sp might appreciate. Buying at $0 means exercising RSU. One needs to check whether they exercise and hold or exercise and sell the same day. You can partially guess sp direction from exec and BoD action. Of course, they guessed wrong several times. Heard Sports set stop at $.95 😇 Outside of 7/30, 8/1, 1/30 buys (ESPP) and $0 buys (RSU) are over the counter buys. As you can see Kent, Stuart, MC, lost their Tesla, or farms on paper. I admired Kent for buying 166,600 shrs at $6 on 10/12/17. Since then, his holding was diluted beyond recognition. That’s true leadership. Someone posted SO’s four near term (Q3, Q4) potential catalysts In Mnkd on StockTwits thread.
