To be fair, the Reverse Split happened in March of 2017 when MNKD was in clear jeopardy of being delisted from NASDAQ - and Matt Pfeffer was still CEO.

True and Matt was in the process of closing deals that would of helped the share price recover. Now we are stuck with the ceo who doesn’t have a clue

And in continuance of being fair, raising the PPS soon is going to require more than get-rich-quick schemes from folks smoking hopium with regard to materially improving sales of Afrezza (in the U.S.) anytime soon.
I think Dr. Castagna has squeezed every ounce of juice from what is currently possible for sales of Afrezza and smartly worked towards diversifying sources of revenue. That combined with hiring quality talent, completing important studies, engaging in partnerships, and renegotiating debt is a giant amount of work and has helped prop up the PPS in the face of predatory short interest.
Dr. Castagna is not giving up on Afrezza (and I don't want him to), but our chance for early blockbuster status required Sanofi to follow through on their commitment and the loss of Viehbacher and the onboarding of Brandicoot nixed that.

"Get rich quick schemes" How can anyone even say that? Many investors have been here for 5 or even 10 years, totally loyal to the company. and many way under water because they trusted management. this is hardly a get rich quick scheme!!!!! OMG!!!! Really???

12 years for me, and my first share cost $19. I’m starting to feel abused by this company, and the group think that got me to hang in there this long. But Afrezza is worth it. And all roads lead to UT:-)
I thought getting the loan would bump the stock because before we only got 30 40, million at a time and were limping along, we did not have a long enough runway to get the plane off the ground so we wouldn’t crash into the trees. Now we’ve got a long enough runway and we realize two sets of wheels are missing. Afrezza isn’t selling fast enough. We can’t even make it halfway down the runway before we roll to a stop. Put the money into new TS wheels, unload Afrezza from the baggage department, and get the plane off the ground!!

I wonder now if we actually were in a position of strength considering the Abu Dubai deal was still in play, until Castagna became ceo and canned it.

I don’t mind if you call me a woman. My mother was one and she passed the x chromosome onto me. Though sexually I’m male, I guess I have some woman in me. 🤓
