She was also our employee of the year, she’s a very remarkable person.
In addition Sara our top provider in Kentucky is used to switching T1 patients off the pump to Afrezza. I’ve done bios on both of them in the Vdex social media section.

This is the way I see it, if your Endo will not prescribe you Afrezza you come to Vdex get on the drug get some weeks of qualified care get your numbers down then go back and show your Endo, you don’t have to get rid of him, that would also make him more likely to start prescribing Afrezza…. in addition to that he may have so many diabetic patients he would like to refer some of them to Vdex:-)

Rancho, i have a dear friend in Miami who is T2, severely out of control. His Endo is passive on Afrezza but after I spoke with him, he's going to start pushing for it. Is there a way he could contact someone you recommend via Telefon for advice? He's reluctant to ditch his Endo just yet but he's not against it. Recently he almost lost his leg due to an otherwise simple cut... Of course yes…Claudia‘s number in Las Cruces +1 (575) 405-9453 She is our top provider in New Mexico. And also the one that made the video of how to inhale Afrezza which is also on this thread. Tell her you were referred by Bill McCullough and myself. And I will also make her aware. He reached out to Vdex specifically under one of my posts about Vdex. I told him I could set him up with our top provider for a telehealth session, he said great so I gave him the information and it got set up. In addition to that on the same day I had two other patients private message me and ask for appointments. I only feel qualified to answer basic questions but when they need in-depth help with their dosing because they feel the product isn’t working then it’s best to set them up with one of our providers. This thread has clarified why VDEX is not just helpful, but necessary. The script count, which is accurately reflected by the reported weekly Symphony numbers, is a major problem because it gives patients a reason to fear Afrezza will not always be available. It goes deeper than just some investors trying to make money predicting the direction of MNKD stock share price. We desperately need VDEX to get the protocol out there among PWDs so they don’t give up on this life changing treatment.

I’ve been in this stock a long time and feel qualified to discern some truths about Afrezza. That is one of them and I’m glad it is becoming apparent to more folks. Here’s another theme you might’ve noticed: posters on this board now espousing some version of “Afrezza script count doesn’t matter that much now anyway, because we have UTHR and they will make sure we make enough money to send our stock price to the moon.” And while that may be true, it reminds me that a lot of us were attracted to MNKD because of the game changing potential of Afrezza to dramatically improve PWDs lives on a massive scale. Yes, I wanna make money on MNKD stock like everybody else here. But if it means we are making so much money on Tyvaso and other TS applications that MannKind can afford to jettison Afrezza, that prospect makes me sick to my stomach. |

Wow ... so many innuendos that it's hard to figure that I have a twin. cretin11 is definitely a cretin and just don't understand what I say that makes it difficult for him. When I say script counts don't matter ... it's because the script counts are alway in dispute. What is real? I don't care ... because no one really knows. I being a diabetic have always loved hearing about Afrezza ... even though I don't need it for now. That's why I started investing in MNKD. If you have a problem with me ... say so. Or, you can put your money where your mouth is and buy more MNKD shares.

Today's ended in the catch line "Now you Know". I am dreaming of a follow-up VDex commercial which asks "Now what are you going to do, call VDex". Wow that sounds so religious! Surely, you meant VDex, right?
The fact remains that VDex has shown no proof whatsoever that "their protocol" (which looks similar Sam Finta´s postings from years before) has any benefit at all over regular Ednos! However, it seems plausible that sitting down and explain carefully how to dose a drug might provide an edge, but saying so does not make it so.
And of course there is that thing that a patient might just get in contact with other Afrezza users for example via that Faceboook page and get more and better information from real Afrezza users.
VDex seems to offer two extremes, "too much care" or "prescription-meds-via-internet", which seems too little care. The middle ground between those would be what a concerned Endo would do.
So maybe instead of repeating tirelessly that old song it might be time for some facts! (and these "white papers" only show that VDex needs Afrezza, not the other way around!)

The problem with your "solution" is that there are very few and far between "concerned Endos" out there. Most are just happy with the status quo which we all know has been dead wrong for 100 years (punt intended). VDEX and Facebook (even though I blacklisted Facebook but others may be still using them) are the new way and anything would be better than the standard of care that we have seen as a total failure so far.

cretin11 - just know that my pumping is based on my trading knowledge and what I see is happening. If you don't believe me how fabulous the MNKD & UTHR partnership is ... then good luck to you. MNKD will probably be at $5 on Monday ... do you see a reason why the climb won't continue? I don't ... and that's why I tell people to buy all the cheap shares they can now ... because very soon it won't be very cheap. Why? Because $5+ will put us into another bracket and put us into SPACE !!!
