the reason for the Volume and price increase is because AMGN is about to BUY OUT or BUY In to MNKD. I have been saying this since Dec 2016. Tony Hooper ONLY JOINS BOARDS of companies that AMGEN acquires..... its Ahkams Razor folks. I had this theory 3 years ago and almost no body bought into it ....."Experts" on this board laughed at me. Soon you will all be writing letter of Apology to Kuka. Hooper is the Closer .....Shorts will be caught up and devastated. I am Long for 7 years plus and have a full boat. Dont really care if some doubt me ......you do so at your own Peril.  you can thank me on ST......

Its possible AMGEN wants the TS Tech and will sell Afrezza to a player in the Diabetes space ...Matt P told us that it was a "complicated Deal"
I am 90% sure this deal has been in play for 3 years with milestones needs to complete.
8 years ago Afrezza was worth about 10 Bil...now with more molecules ...MNKD is prob worth 15-20 Billion
I am really hoping for a cash and stock (AMGN) swap.
Regardless....MNKD Longs are going to get PAID soon.

That's thoughtful of AMGN to set milestones and then provide no financial resources to accomplish them. I guess your thinking is that they'd want to make it as hard as possible so that MNKD management could really prove their abilities? Granted it would be delaying whatever supposed plans they've had for three years, but far better to see how MNKD struggles with adversities than get going with the plans years earlier. I suppose rarely is doing development in a timely manner important in winning in markets. |

I believe MC was sent over by AMGEN to develop the company and increase value and make it ready for a Buyout.
This is why MC went from being the CCO to CEO in a mere 3 months.....unheard of since Matt P had been with the company for many years.
MC was NEVER a CEO in the past but became MNKDs CEO is a few months.
This was all planned in late 2016 .....soon after Stewart Tross came over to head HR.
this is also a pre acquisition move of many companys. Name the CEo and HR guys.
Moving the MNKD HQ to Westlake is another tell since AMGEN HQ is 13 miles away.
This has been planned for about 3 years.....

If what you tout about "this was Amgen's plan all along" is true, then Mike is a mole and intentionally surpressed the market cap to let Amgen swoop in and buy on the cheap. |

Price not reflected, the Company has developed into a more robust version of itself over the past three years. You know the old saying "everyone has a plan until that first punch in the face" I look forward to the shorts first impact. We haven't seen it yet. What will you do little fella, it may define your character? aha...is that why we have been drastically increasing sales YTY?
Granted there have been a few mis steps...like every other company in History.
Much has to do with cash slow due to manipulated PPS for 9 years.
MC has done a good job all things considered.
