“Inhaled Powder” Vaccines
“Shelf-Stable, Self-Inhaled, Powderized” VLP Vaccines.
TechnoVax and MannKind Corp. have combined their respective technologies to create a Powder Formulation of VLP Influenza Vaccine for Intrapulmonary Self-Delivery by Inhalation.
No refrigeration is required, and because it is potentially self-administered public exposure is limited. In the event of an emerging pandemic the vaccine could be easily distributed to the population, greatly reducing the spread of the virus!
Advantages ◾Extended Shelf Life and Elimination of Cold Chain results in improved distribution costs and inventory management. ◾Best Route of Immunization (mucosal surface – respiratory tract) ◾Increased Patient Acceptance (inhaled vs. injection)

If you go to their Publications page, you'll see that their last publication was in 2013. The website has a 2020 copyright but it appears to have been left pretty much unaltered for 5-7 years.

Most recent publication by Jose M. Galarza, President and Founder of TechnoVax is November 2019. He represents himself as being with TechnoVax in the publication. I suspect nothing will ever happen between TechnoVax and MannKind. Hope I'm proved wrong one day... www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/31505320/

What happened to the TechnoVax link Itell provided from 2019 about an award for pulminary vaccines? It kind of flew in the face of no recent news.
