I'm just concerned about them having to dilute again in order to not end up being delisted. I know there's a grace period but don't recall how long it is. Never expected in 1000 years that this would drop below $1 again. GAh!

I don't want it to happen, but I don't think it will make anything worse if it is delisted. It will already be difficult to raise money.

30 days generates a letter, from that time they have 6 months to bring the sp back up into compliance, I believe for 10 consecutive days to start the clock over again. Something like that.

Of course it’s worse, then you’re in the pink sheets and it’s basically untradable, there’s no liquidity. We are not going to get delisted. But.. I just listened to Mark Cuban saying that Cramer was right on CNBC ..this is not over, I don’t think it’s the time to buy anything. JMHO They are saying the government has to make certain changes for it to bottom.

We won't be delisted.(that would be bad). there is a long process before that happens.. and if it came to that we would do another RS.. and it's all painful...
I agree with Leanne, this isn't over... Shorts are loving this pandemic..

Well. the way I see it is; live. Losing money like we all are presently is far better than dying, so survive! We have to get through this, and we will, together. So, ride the tiger friends, ride the tiger.
