So does making biosimilars easier to get through the FDA give us hope that we can finally use that pfizer insulin stockpile? The Amphastar agreement goes out to 2026. So not taking into account the current cash situation, should Mannkind have a plan to get the pfizer insulin approved and then create a production plant so they can vertically integrate? ( and yes they already bought the rights to manufacture for the purpose of making Afreezza)

Are you sure a Pfizer insulin stockpile exists? I have seen it mentioned elsewhere but I can't find any mention of it in the SEC filings.

You mean the $10 billion sales worth of Insulin Mannkind bought for only $3 million bucks from Pfizer? Pfizer that only wanted all Mannkind stock for that German factory that Sanofi swooped in and bought before getting in a $1 billion deal with Mannkind...that insulin?

Are you sure a Pfizer insulin stockpile exists? I have seen it mentioned elsewhere but I can't find any mention of it in the SEC filings. This is from 4 years ago.... Can the insulin from Pfizer be used and is it cleared by the FDA? It has been stated to be sufficient to manufacture $10B of product. Just prior to the agreement with Sanofi, MannKind completed CMC studies and a clinical bioequivalence study leading to a potential submission of the HMR 4006 insulin acquired from Pfizer. Based on the current age of the HMR 4006 inventories, MannKind is evaluating various options and utility for future use. There is currently sufficient inventory of Amphastar insulin for near term needs. www.mannkindcorp.com/Collateral/Documents/English-US/MNKD%202%203%2016%20Investor%20Call%20FAQ%20v2%209%2016%20FINAL.pdf

Something like that? A pay to play.

Yes, based on your exciting discovery, MNKD market cap should be in the neighborhood of $10 billion. Should happen quite soon.

As I recall while they originally thought they might use this insulin for Afrezza, but after the amphastar deal, it was decided better to resell this insulin at some point, since no one was exactly clear on the shelf life. I beleive it was kept on the books but ultimately not to be used for Afrezza.

So it was all sold in 2017? If not, then it makes no sense why we haven’t been selling it continuously since then. Would rather have $$$ than a bunch of extra insulin that isn’t suitable for use in Afrezza.
