I did not verify this statement, but it does raise the question of how MC phrased it, as a choice they made, v.s. the possibility they didn't have a choice because they didn't satisfy the covenants. I will check, but I am pretty certain that is incorrect as it was lowered in the revised agreement. Did you ever figure it out? Did MannKind qualify for Midcap Loan or not? |

I'm seeing a bunch of folks who are much poorer than they used to be unless they had significant appreciation in other stocks. Finding Baba is easy but I want to know who that is with the drink. rut ro I thought it was Baba. Baba has a head of hair.... I hope that comment doesn’t imply that being follicly challenged mean that the person in the yellow striped shirt is less important that baba. |

It sort of changes the narrative you can have with regards to MC’s outlook. Maybe not so much of “big things coming next week”. Not saying it can’t happen, but it shouldn’t be based on MC’s choice of words yesterday. |

From the original Credit Facility Schedule which defines the terms to draw down Tranche 2: In the amended agreement from December section 2 of the amendment defines the changes: The Tranche 2 conditions are unaltered and so remain at $30M trailing net revenue for the previous 12 months. I stand to be corrected, but it looks to me like Mannkind could not draw Tranche 2 since it missed the revenue target. Strictly Mike is right in that Mannkind didn't draw on the Tranche 2, he just forgot to mention that it wasn't an option.  |
