The best analogy I can think of after treating Diabetic patients for over 25 years considering time in range is this. When a diabetic patient goes out of range it is like a fire breaking out. The second you fall out of range the process of destruction begins. You can put any spin you want to on it and say Afrezza costs too much, or it is too much work to take an extra inhalation or what ever spin you want to place on it the fire is creating destruction. Do you want to start putting the fire out in: A)10 to 12 minutes, B)20 to 30 minutes or C) 30 minutes to 1 hr. These are facts and always have been.
