$25 million debt loan that we can take between now and June of next year. Yes, there's some covenants around it, but we believe we can find a way to work with midcap to receive this money. |

I just listened to the presentation and it is really uplifting. Although mango says that "financial stuff is boring" ... what I got out of that presentation and especially about the double digit royalties is that ...
.... wait for it ... MNKD will be loaded with cash soon !!! And that means, that shareholders may probably be seeing dividends in the not so distant future. Isn't that right Mike C ? (Since I heard that he reads these posts)

We have 85 sales reps now, calling an endocrinologist and high prescribing primary care doctors of insulin”. “But Kevin is a great addition, very well respected and really going to help shape that pediatric program to make us the standard of care in kids and more important to get out there and educate the doctors and the healthcare providers here across the U.S in the coming weeks and months”. “This is a pretty good growth story. I was reading an article last night about the [indiscernible] about growth companies, and it said like 66 out of the 350 companies are really growth companies here in the industry of S&P. And I'm thinking we're going to be running double digits for foreseeable future. Basically, it sounded like the sales people won't have to sell Afrezza with both their hands behind their backs anymore. It also seems like perhaps a new partnership is in the works. Either with UTHR or someone else. JMHO

There is a $6M (about $14M in Symphony terms) gap on the annual trailing revenue that needs to be closed before Mannkind gets access to the $25M. Midcap could renegotiate that for a price I expect. At the moment the gap between target and actual seems to be growing around $500K per month both for the actual loan, and that prospective $25M loan. |

LOL Dividends ? Not even Amazon, Who is valued 1,5 Trillions and 280 Billion sales, distributed any dividends any time (EPS 26 from Yahoo) No, if we could reach some earnings some day it is much better to be invested then distributed (and sure if could reach an earning it will be invested for years) Also our partner UTHR Who is valued 4,4 Billions with 1,5 Billion sales (double lol)....who had in period 2016-2018 1 Billion earnings (EPS 9,5 from Yahoo).... never distributed dividends Also for the ones expecting MNKD going to 100$ a share meaning (triple lol)... as for today it means 25 Billions Market Cap.... with a futuristic earnings of 0,5 Billions (3 years ) it means 5-20 $ range depending on many factors ! So for example: Amazon Income is increasing consistently year by year and their business is clear and future and beliavable for the future... in fact they have price per earnings 113 UTHR Income is quite stable and their business must be consolidated in a marketplace groving but full of other operators... in fact they have price per earnings 10,35 |
