That was great. A lot of solutions presented and questions answered. So funny when the lights went out. Just think what will happen when people find out inhaled insulin exists!

I listened to the whole thing, it is good to see the continued efforts to educate and promote Afrezza to diabetics.

I’ve only had time to skim through this video, plan on watching it in its entirety over the weekend. Overall first impression is this is an excellent presentation, very casual/informal and personal while still professional.

Biggest take away is around 1:30:45:
When Mike said:
"The good news is that Mannkind is here for the next 20 years that I could see and Afrezza is not going anywhere. We’ll be the only inhaled insulin on the market, I predict we’ll be the only innovative insulin in the next two decades."

Around 24:45 - Bluehale can now detect the size cartridge being used.
I'm still trying to find time to listen to entire presentation...

They supposedly went “live” with the pro/training version sometime last fall with zero fanfare. Has anyone seen one at their doctors office?

That is a great video, lot's of interesting info and tidbits. I've listed some of the things I found interesting or informative below.
Nice BluHale demo. As mentioned already in this thread, BluHale can now detect and display on screen which cartridge is inserted.
I've been invested in MNKD since 2015 and I hadn't heard that they desinged the sizes as 3, 6, and 9 units but the FDA rounded it up to 4, 8, and 12 units.
MC once inhaled a 12U on TV with nothing around to eat. "wasn't fun"
Re: people claiming to need more Afrezza over time might not be due to Afrezza becoming less effective for them but rather is due to better control. In other words, decreased A1C or increased TIR obviously requires more insulin (assuming other factors unchanged - diet, exercise, etc).
There will never be a black cartridge as FDA doesn't allow because black ink causes cancer, apparently.
LOL lights go out right as he's talking about difficulty seeing cartridge colors in the dark.
96% of people who take insulin aren't aware inhaled insulin is an option.
One Dr. in STAT study refused to follow Afrezza 1 & 2 hour post-meal dosing protocol as she was worried about stacking because "my patients are really lean, low-carb diets, restrictive, OCD, etc". After the study MC showed her the inferior results of her patients vs. those following protocol. This Dr. now follows proper Afrezza dosing protocol.
MNKD have studied lung safety data more than Pfizer and "can't seem to find anything that gives us any scares or safety signals"
Still going through all the regulatory pathway for BluHale Pro. Don't know if FDA approval will be required or not.
