I could see the private placement going to UTHR, but why the announcement with no terms if true? I don’t see UTHR buying the building. UTHR said they would transition to manufacturing their own product, if so they may have found it cost effective to secure Danbury. The announcement (if it comes) would come from UTHR not Mannkind. It's what dreams are made of boca1  My imagination: 1) $150M private placement to UTHR. 2) MNKD pays off MidCap 3) UTHR buys Danbury facility. 4) In late 2022, UTHR knows if their Tyvaso plans are working*. And they buy the lung disease portion of MNKD. *See slide 8 of UTHR EC. |

How could this drop this much on just the mention of proposal? Is their deal with United not worth anything?
This press release was so vague, you can't even tell if Mankind knows who the buyers will be.
Does this mean another increase in authorized shares?
