Someone on ST is saying that Mike said the petition is a fake... Looks pretty real to me Yes, plus the fact that the attorney who filed it responded to an email about it. Agree it looks real. Is it meritorious, that’s a very different question with hopefully a different answer.

This CP can't possibly succeed, since it wasn't sent on Christmas Eve. Oh wait, Tyvaso DPI will already be approved more than two months before then. November call options have been reasonable lately. Just sayin'

No news outlet has mentioned the petition that I know of. But I assume UTHR and MNKD will have to do some kind of SEC filing which will result in a couple days news and Seeking Alpha articles.
I’d prefer to be wrong about that.

Letter is not fake, I posted a link to the official site earlier today where you can search for Tyvaso and find the letter and FDA acknowledgement, including a docket where all related documents will be stored together. FDA acknowledgment letter mentions the docket number. www.regulations.gov/search?filter=tyvaso&postedDateFrom=2021-07-09&postedDateTo=2021-07-15Excerpt from FDA Acknowledgment letter: "The petition was received and processed under CFR 10.30 by this office on 07/08/2021 and assigned docket number FDA-2021-P-0714. Please refer to this docket number in future correspondence on this subject with the Agency. Also, note that the acceptance of this petition for filing is a procedural matter and in no way reflects the agency’s decision on the substantive merits of the petition."

This is an exchange of compliments between UHTR and LQDA, with MNKD in the middle... what do you expect, they throw each others candies, maybe it is a good chance to buy cheaper.

Just wondering. Could we as shareholders and the current Tyvaso users file a class action lawsuit against Liquidia and this lawfirm? On a slightly different tack. Could a FOIA request be submitted to discover the name of the "petitioner" the firm is working for? Q1. Probably but why. UTHR has plenty of financial sources and data. Doesn't need to come out of my pocket. Q2. You're in the area of attorney/client privileged information. Doubt it.

Very precious and fiercely protected are 'privileged communications' under the law and consistently upheld. A couple of others besides attorney/client...clergy/parishioner, spouse/spouse, doctor/patient, and maybe two more I can't think or right now.
