Does anyone know how much debts MNKD still owe? Per the 8-K MANN GROUP $ 28M Exp. 12/31/25 (Orig. 11/24) New Rate: 2.5% (Orig. 7%)
MID CAP $ 40M Exp. 8/1/25 Rate: 8.75%
NEW CONV DEAL $230M Exp. 3/26 Rate: 2.5% CP: $5.21
PPP Loan $ 4.9M Rate: .98%
MID CAP raised 3rd Tranche from $25M to $60M and removed the warrant obligation. Tranche Access Expires: 6/30/22 |

Does Conv note converse to shares upon maturity? If so, it's about 45M shares will be issued based on cp=5.21, correct?
