How do you think the FDA will respond to the Citizen Petition? Is this suppose to be fun? Not fun at all. There is a lot riding on this outcome. Anything involving Washington DC involves substantial risk and unpredictability. It doesn’t have to be fair. It doesn’t have to be just. We all learned that in a very painful way several years ago. As Bob Crandall testified before Congress years ago about the airlines: “This is a dirty, rotten, nasty business” Same can be said about the pharma/bio industry |
