Death and taxes are sure bets. If CEO dies stock would tank. I realize this is morbid but he is 90. Prudent time for a new leader? He seems awol anyway...

Stock would not tank imho... Everything has taken place that needs Al Mann... Still his baby (as my mother said, I will always worry about you no matter how old you are... I am currently 58 and she is currently 84 and still reminds me to wear a jacket and take my vitamins, etc...) FDA approval, Partnership with Sanofi who is now controlling the destiny of the drug... Senior leadership team in place at Mannkind, Danbury pretty much formatted for expansion... Yes it will be sad to see Al's presence diminish as he eases out... And at some point (we all will face it) when he passes there may be an emotional dip, (which w/o trying to sound like a profiteer) I might see as a buying opportunity... But make no mistake... the table is set and as Chick Hearn would have said for all of you Laker Fans... The butter is on the popcorn and/or the door on this refrigerator is shut and the jello is jiggling... In any event this train has left the station and now all it needs to do is pick up some steam... Al got it to where it needed to be and now he (and us) will watch his baby learn to walk and then run and then we will all be off to the races at that point... Ok enough with the metaphors on my part... and enough said...

Without getting into names,( too many to list ), electricity was discovered by someone who has passed but we still have electricity, the television was invented by someone who has passed, and not only do we still have TV, it continues to get better. Henry Ford has passed and today we have our choice of some of the most advanced automobiles of all time, and even in different colors.
We have to remember Al Mann is one in the same of these great innovators, he focuses on unmet needs. And with all respect, the share price means nothing unless you are going to sell. Afrezza will change the lives of millions of people affected by this terrible disease we call diabetes, and Technosphere will slowly evolve into the product Al Mann envisioned. Al Manns legacy will out live every person living today on this planet and continue to get better. In closing, I am thankful everyday that we are fortunate to have someone like Al Mann who actually cares, and takes the time and money to take something and make it better.
